To create your BigMugg and MuggSicles, just upload as many image files as you would like us to make, choose which product you would like, and specify which images goes with which product style in the Special Instructions field if necessary.

Please allow 3 to 5 days for production.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days for shipping after the 3 to 5 business days for production time. Some orders may have a shorter turnaround time based on order size and workload. We ship exlusively through FedEx. All orders are shipped ground, but if necessary we can expedite shipping for an additional rate to accomodate your needs.
